Itinerary

425km approximately 5h24 minute + stops Departure from Agadir around 08:30 in the morning in a private and very comfortable vehicle with your driver-guide to accompany you to discover the magic of the Atlas passing through Marrakech, the red city which takes care of welcoming you in their own way, continuing to the Cascades d'Ouzoud to have fun with the Magot monkeys, and discover the magic of the olive groves, then go to meet the Berbers and taste the local dishes. There is nothing like an excursion and a day in private to discover the Ouzoud waterfalls at your own pace, enjoying an admirable and magnificent view all along the way. After lunch, we begin to climb the stairs and pass the many cafes in the village. Just before you start on the stairs, you got your first view of the waterfalls, and it will look pretty much like you see in the pictures. You are therefore in front of a panoramic view to take your photos for memories or to share with your friends. After sunset, we take the road to Lake Bin EL Ouidane, the latter which is famous throughout Morocco for fishing. Dinner and night in a charming hotel in Bin el Ouidane.

In the afternoon, you will stop at Ifrane, a famous ski resort in the Middle Atlas, in the middle of cedar forests where waterways abound. Arrival at the end of the afternoon in Fez. Breakfast, this day dedicated to the "spiritual capital" of Morocco. You will discover the largest and certainly one of the most beautiful of the ancient Koranic universities, the Medersa Attarine, as well as the Place Nejjarine famous for its magnificent fountain decorated with mosaics, zelliges and stuccos. Lunch in an old palace in the medina. In the afternoon, walk on the esplanade of the Royal Palace, where you can photograph the sumptuous golden door, and visit the remains of the Tombs of the Merinids (13th-14th century dynasty). You will enjoy the bird's eye view of the city, its ramparts and the surrounding landscape, before ending your journey with a visit to leather and carpet factories. Dinner and overnight at the hotel
115km approximately 2h 15 Minute drive excluding stops Early departure from your accommodation to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Explore the remains of this 2,000-year-old archaeological site. Continue to Moulay Idriss and discover one of Morocco's holiest cities. Take a tour of the narrow streets of the small town where Moulay Idriss I introduced the religion of Islam in 789 AD. Then set off for Meknes, founded in the 11th century by the Almoravids as a military camp. Enter the medina, see some of the city's monumental gates, and marvel at the ornamental decorations of Hispano-Moorish architecture. Visit the city walls and stop at the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, founder of the Alaouite dynasty and sultan at the time, when Meknes was the capital. 151km approximately 2h 00Minute of road excluding stops After breakfast we take the road to Rabat via Khémisset, renowned for its Berber carpets and its fantasias which brings together the best riders and horses in the province. Continuation to discover Rabat, a city protected by imposing ramparts and proclaimed imperial capital in 1956 by King Mohammed V. To the south of the city, the gardens of Place Méchouar will offer you a walk as close as possible to the royal palace. Continuation to Chellah, Merinid necropolis located on a Roman city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then visit the mausoleum of Mohammed V, designed by Vietnamese architect Vo Toan. The monument is built of white Italian marble and covered with a pyramidal roof of green tiles, like the green of the star of the Moroccan flag, symbol of Alaouite royalty. You will be amazed by the extraordinary beauty of the site which extends over an immense esplanade where the famous Hassan tower stands. Finally, to the north of the city, you will walk through the alleys of La Kasbah des Oudayas. Dinner and night at the hotel/Riad in Rabat.
